Fee Structure
• Fee must be paid before 10th of every month.
• Dues are not refundable once deposited.
• Rs. 100 as a fine will be charged if fee card is misplaced.
• It is not allowed to sit in annual exams until dues are cleared.
• Fee concession for deserving students can applies only for one year in the month of May.
• Monthly fee will be increased by 10% every year.
• Low grade results and less than 75% attendance will affect the concession in fee.
• Concession will be applicable on the monthly fee while other dues will be payable.

Examination
• Calculator is not allowed from Class II to IV.
• Students with less than 70% of attendance would not be eligible to sit in the school exams as well as board exams.
• The names of students who remain absent without any prior information or application, during tests/exams could be struck off from school.
• Leave application for sickness during examinations must be supported by a medical certificate.
• Strict disciplinary actions could be taken against students using unfair means in tests/exams.
• The admission procedure of the regular student will not be proceeded until he clears his send-up exam.
• No student will be issued the Board Roll number slips unless all the dues of the school are cleared.
• A student securing at least 45% marks in all subjects shall be promoted to the next class.
• A student failing in more than two subjects will not be promoted.
• No retake exams will be taken at any cost, if a student remains absent during exams.
• If a student remains absent from the annual exam on the basis of medical or any solid reason, his promotion in next class will be decided on the basis of 2nd term exam result.
• If parents want to recheck the answer scripts of their child, they must apply by an application.
• If any discrepancy is found in the result intimation, you may contact the school through an application within a week after the declaration of the result.
